Havana art

Pottery mural on a courtyard wall
Me and my camera fell in love with Havana.  It has style.  Here is some of its art.

The Monk sculpture...
Seriously, as a work of art, what is it saying?
Does it mean that there's no one home?
Or that clothes maketh the man?
Or that religion is but a hollow promise?
As he sits in the entrance to a restaurant (formerly a monastery), perhaps his message is more mundane: he is merely adding up your bill.
