Me and my camera fell in love with Havana. It has style. Here is some of its art.
Art for sale
Ditto
Pineapple with attitude
Ceramic on hotel wall
Souvenirs of Havana - made of very light paper mache
Not art at all: it is a section of construction hoarding
ditto
same
Sunlight on a hotel wall
Isn't he the best!
The Monk sculpture...
Seriously, as a work of art, what is it saying?
Does it mean that there's no one home?
Or that clothes maketh the man?
Or that religion is but a hollow promise?
As he sits in the entrance to a restaurant (formerly a monastery), perhaps his message is more mundane: he is merely adding up your bill.
