Havana's public spaces

Plaza de La Revolution
Havana.
Hot in the sun, around 33 degrees celsuis. Humid

Plaza de La Revolution where millions gathered to hear Fidel Castro speak.  This is the pride of our tour guide, tho it seems to the passing tourist as merely a massive open space of bitumen, waiting to be filled again.
Just as Cuba is waiting for its next dance partner, having been dumped by Russia and ostracised by the US.
